STAFF TRAINING COIMBRA EMPLOYABILITY Working Group

Staff Training „Employers, students, careers services - how to cooperate successfully” was held at The Jagiellonian University in Kraków on September 26th – 28th 2018.
In recent years, in higher education policies, a major emphasis has been placed on the university-employer engagement. In order to build a bridge between students, degree programmes and the job market, the universities have been establishing the careers services. The importance of this process is recognized in several spheres - economic, cultural, social and educational. The training program focused on employers, students and careers services cooperation. The participants enriched the workshops with the examples from their own institutions and to present the best practices or innovative approaches to the issues addressed. There were 10 participants from the following Universities:

- Alexandru loan Cuza University of Iasi
- University of Poitiers
- University of Padova
- University of Pavia
- Vilnius University
- University of Granada
